Mannai Auto Group Beats World’s Best At General Motors Grandmaster Award

Doha, Qatar - Mannai Auto Group, the exclusive dealer of Cadillac in Qatar, received high accolade at the 2019 General Motors Grandmaster Award.
The premium automotive dealer won the prestigious award for the significant value and quality of their Cadillac operations, exemplified with the recent opening of the region’s first fully CI-compliant Cadillac showroom.
Representing Mannai Autos at the annual award night, Mr Mohamed Helmy, Group General Manager, Automotive at Mannai Corporation received the award and said: "Mannai Auto Group is proud to hold high another elite General Motors Grandmasters Award. It reaffirms the group's strong commitment to providing continuous support and delivering quality services to our customers."

In line with the global brand direction in upgrading its customer experience, the new 2,500 square-meter Cadillac facility in Qatar houses a number of amenities including the first built-in Service Lane and Virtual Reality Room. The showroom is located in E Industrial Street and can accommodate up to 24 vehicles - 16 new and 8 certified pre-owned vehicles.
To celebrate the brand’s first-of-its-kind Cadillac facility in the region last month, Mannai Auto Group also revealed the all-new XT6 which marked the SUV’s first appearance in the Middle East. Cadillac all-new three-row crossover centers on a luxurious, adaptable and connected cabin, complemented with responsive handling and a comprehensive suite of standard and available safety technologies.
Additionally, the first-ever XT4 has also made its local debut at the Cadillac Qatar showroom opening event, allowing customers to be one of the first to own the all-new compact SUV. Developed on an exclusive compact SUV architecture, the XT4 delivers expressive design, confident performance, spacious accommodations and class-leading technologies, created to attract the Middle East’s millennial audience.
Having been won 13 times by Mannai Auto Group, the General Motors Grandmaster Award are the highest accolades granted by General Motors to its global dealer partners. The program rewards GM’s best dealers, based on vehicle and parts sales, service, customer satisfaction and facility standards. Winners are selected on the value and the quality of their operations.
